New Menu at Rubyos
As we slowly enter into Spring, we're super excited to announce that our NEW MENU is now here. From fresh seasonal produce to fusion cooking techniques, our newest menu will be available from Wednesday, 14th August. Think Hot smoked salmon pate, Mexican chipotle chicken skewers, Kaffir lime leaves infused prawn ceviche, and SO much more.
We'll also be offering an exclusive tasting menu highlighting our newest creations. Available from until Saturday, 31st August, this 8-course banquet is only $65pp and only available for a limited time.

◊ Hot smoked salmon pate - flaked hot smoked salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, dill, cucumber, baby capers, shaved red onion, wasabi mayo, tortilla crisps (corn tortilla served for GF)
