We love hosting special occasions at Rubyos – we’ve got the space, and menu, that’s just perfect for groups. There are few occasions more special than Mother’s Day – one of our favourite days of the year.
The menu bounces between international flavours with an Australian twist, perfect for grazing.
The 8-course degustation will have you indulging in dishes like the dilled hot smoked salmon arancini and rosemary garlic marinated lamb skewers (to name a couple), accompanied by a sparkling on arrival.
Time: 11:30am - 2:30pm
Cost: $75pp
We expect things to get busy so bookings are essential.
