5 course pre-theatre meal $50 per person + a glass of red or white or sparkling wine.

Lime & pineapple marinated scallop
minted green pea, sweet corn sauce, sweet chili dressing – GF, DF

Herb marinated slow cooked pork salad
shredded Italian pork celery, grilled capsicum strips,cannellini beans tossed in a oregano, semi dried tomato, olive mayo, on baby cos lettuce leave – GF, DF

Golden fried haloumi
watermelon, coriander & mint salsa, chili oil drizzle – V, GF

Flash fried calamari fingers
lightly battered, mexican chili mayo, chili infused sea salt, lemon wedge – GF, DF

Turmeric poached chicken
sliced chicken breast, yellow curry sauce, chili, coconut cream, bean sprouts, lime leaves, jasmin rice – GF, DF

Before You Visit

Are you licensed or BYO?

Rubyos is fully licensed and BYO bottled wine; corkage is $10 per person.

There are on-street, off-street and paid parking options available around Rubyos for your guests.

Yes, you can! If booking the private dining room or the entire venue exclusively you can certainly decorate it to your taste.

There are 2 options: For plating and serving the cake individually with a scoop of ice cream is an additional $8.00 per person. OR for plating and serving the cake individually without ice cream is an additional $3.00 per person.

Lunch – 3:30 pm (Kitchen closes at 2.30 pm).
Dinner – 11.00pm (Kitchen closes at 9:30pm)

We sure do! A small range of kid-friendly meals are available.

Yes we do accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, all credit card payments incur a surcharge fee.

Booking Conditions

  • All the banquets are available for a minimum of 2 guests, we strongly recommend one banquet per booking with an exception of Vegetarian / Vegan. Booking of 6 guests or more (large bookings) are required to partake in our banquet menu. If you have any dietary requirements please specify when making the booking. Only the large Bookings will be secured with a credit card pre-authorization. Nothing will be debited from your card when making the booking, however, no-shows or cancellations less than 1 day in advance may be subject to a charge of $30 per person. Changes to guest count made less than 1 day in advance may be subject to a charge of $30 per person. This amount may vary with special events including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and New Year’s Eve.
