Booking Conditions

  • All the banquets are available for a minimum of 2 guests, we strongly recommend one banquet per booking with an exception of Vegetarian / Vegan. Booking of 6 guests or more (large bookings) are required to partake in our banquet menu. If you have any dietary requirements please specify when making the booking. Only the large Bookings will be secured with a credit card pre-authorization. Nothing will be debited from your card when making the booking, however, no-shows or cancellations less than 1 day in advance may be subject to a charge of $30 per person. Changes to guest count made less than 1 day in advance may be subject to a charge of $30 per person. This amount may vary with special events including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and New Year’s Eve.

Before You Visit

Are you licensed or BYO?

Rubyos is fully licensed and BYO bottled wine; corkage is $10 per person.

There are on-street, off-street and paid parking options available around Rubyos for your guests.

Yes, you can! If booking the private dining room or the entire venue exclusively you can certainly decorate it to your taste.

There are 2 options: For plating and serving the cake individually with a scoop of ice cream is an additional $8.00 per person. OR for plating and serving the cake individually without ice cream is an additional $3.00 per person.

Lunch – 3:30 pm (Kitchen closes at 2.30 pm).
Dinner – 11.00pm (Kitchen closes at 9:30pm)

We sure do! A small range of kid-friendly meals are available.

Yes we do accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, all credit card payments incur a surcharge fee.
